This event is for rising 9th graders within Fairfax High School Boundary & currently attending private school
*Enrolling Parent & Student must be present
Students Coming From Any U.S. School Outside of FCPS:
- Please complete FCPS Student Registration Form, Emergency Care Form, Health Information form, Criminal Conviction Form, Military Form (If applicable) available on FCPS website
- Please bring copy of lease or deed:
- If you are living in the residence of someone else- a signed attestation form and 2 supporting documents must be provided. (Supporting Document include: Mail, Utility Bill, Paystub with current address, Bank Statement, or Cell Phone Bill.)
- Student Immunization Record
- Parent Photo ID
- Student Birth Certificate/Passport
- Student Transcript and last report card if available
