Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
Current Seniors
Current Seniors: Complete (1) the form for current seniors and (2) the consent form.
Return all forms to Mrs. Scibilia, Transcript Assistant. These can be emailed to @email or @email (must be sent from your fcpsschools.net student account) or dropped off in room L107 (look for the tray below the green sign with the pink arrows).
Current Underclassmen
For underclassmen students:

For official transcripts and other records, parents must complete (1) the form for underclassmen students and (2) the consent form.
Return all forms along with a copy of your photo ID to Diane Scibilia, Transcript Assistant, at @email.
Past Graduates/Attendees of Fairfax HS
If you graduated within the last 5 years:
Complete and sign (1) past graduate form and (2) the consent form.
Return all forms along with a copy of your photo ID to Diane Scibilia, Transcript Assistant, at @email.
Make your payment via MySchoolBucks. Most requests are $5 each. Once all forms are turned in and payment is confirmed, your request will be processed within 48 hours.

Former Students Who Graduated More Than Five Years Ago
- If you graduated from Fairfax High School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center. Please call 703-329-7741 or email Records Center at @email.
