Regional Science Fair

Fairfax High School had 16 groups participate in the 69^th Annual FCPS Regional Science and Engineering Fair on March 16^th. Congratulations to our 1^st place winners: Natalie Robertson & Ethan Wolf for their project entitled “The Effect of Different Ratios of Mango Juice to Water, Used for Cooking, on the Vitamin C Levels in Yams” and Elle Duangmanee on her project entitled “Splash Test”. These two teams are eligible to participate in the VA State Science and Engineering Fair (VSSEF) April 12th-13th, 2024.

Fairfax High School had 4 teams earn 2^nd place awards in their categories, 5 teams earned 3^rd place awards in their categories and 3 teams won Honorable Mention awards in their categories. Congratulations to all our team members for their dedication and enthusiasm for science.
