If you choose to opt your student out of the pre-survey, please notify Leslie Trieu (@email) by Friday, September 20, 2024, and include your student’s full legal name and FCPS ID number in the email. Please be sure to talk to your student about your opt out choice so your student knows they should not answer the survey questions during the digital readiness check.
